    Colonel Phillips was one of my favorite characters in the Captain America movie, and since the odds are very slim that Hot Toys would make him, I decided to customize him. :)

    I customized my Hot Toys New Goblin figure to give him his scarred face appearance from the movie. The rest of the figure is unchanged from the HT release - I only added the scarred part of his face.
